The new N.A.R. Realtors Buyer Agent designation (effective January 1, 2002
ABR accreditation now requires an additional 6 hour elective course such
as New Home Sales, Successful Relocation, Innovative Marketing, or Representing
the E-Buyer or foreclosure opportunities.)

Day 3: "Elective course" New Home Sales, Successful Relocation,
Innovative
Marketing or Representing the E-Buyer & effective negotiating
Each elective class may be taken individually for $75.00 pre-paid or $80.00 walk-in.
This class is approved by REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) and fulfills the educational requirements for the ABR designation.
ABR Counts as 15 Hrs.
Real Estate Continuing Education Credit or 15 Hr. Broker Pre-Licensing Credit
