N.A.R. Realtors Buyer Agent designation ABR accreditation requires an additional 6 hour elective course such as Foreclosure Opportunities/Short Sales, Innovative Marketing Reboot, BPO's, Green 100, Green 200, Green 300, E-Pro or HAFA

Course Title: EFFECTIVE BUYER REPRESENTATION

Day 1: "Theory & Practice of Buyer Agency" & "Service Delivery"
Day 2: "Marketing Practices" & "Office Policy, Negotiations and Relocations"
Day 3: "Elective course" Foreclosure Opportunities/Short Sales,, Innovative
Marketing Reboot, BPO's, Green 100, Green 200, Green 300, E-Pro or HAFA

Each elective class may be taken individually for $75.00 pre-paid or $80.00 walk-in.

This class is approved by REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) and fulfills the educational requirements for the ABR designation.
