| Education: 200 hours of approved pre-licensure appraisal education and have an associate degree, or in lieu of an associate's degree take 21 approved college semester credit hours in subject matters approved under the AQB criteria for acceptable courses |
| Experience Required: 2,500 hours of appraisal experience including at least 2,000 hours of residential experience over at least 24 months |

| The following is a recommended track for obtaining this level license. If someone is already State Licensed with all AQB content courses completed before becoming State Licensed, then only the following courses would need to be met along with the required college courses. If someone has not met all AQB content classes, then the recommended track would be to follow the recommendations for State License for Course 1 (Report Writing) Course 2 (Market Analysis Highest and Best Use) and then complete the following courses before attending Course 3 (Site Valuation and Cost Approach) as well as Course 4 (Sales Comparison and Income Approach) for State License track since these two classes are best taken just before going for your next level examination for either State Licensed appraiser or Certified Residential Appraiser. |

This class reviews the applicability of measurements of central tendencies
for all three approaches to value as well as statistical analysis, introduction
to financing terms that are important to appraisers as well as understanding
the six functions of a dollars.
