Attention Real Estate Licenses:
You still have 18 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education starting November 1, 2006, until October 31, 2009. However, beginning in 2007, you willonly need to take a minimum of 2 hours of continuing education classes (must include laws, rules and/or court cases) per year.
As long as you meet your 2 hour minimum requirement, and complete all 18 hours before October 31st 2009, you will be fine to renew for the following three year license. This 3 year cycle, requires K classes, so please make sure that you take the appropriate classes, and do NOT duplicate the course numbers. Each class has a separate course approval number that cannot be duplicated in the same three year cycle
