| Education: 300 hours of approved pre-licensure appraiser education and a bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university. The college or university must be a degree-granting institution accredited by the Commision on Colleges, a national or regional accreditation association, or by an accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Secretarty of Educaion. |
| Experience Required: 3,000 hours of experience including at least 1,500 hours of non-residential experience over at least 30 months |

This course is designed to prepare an appraiser for State Licensed, Certified Residential and Certified General examination for the State of Michigan. This course counts as 20 hours of Pre-License for Residential Certified as well as 18 hours of Appraisal continuing education for all level appraisal licenses. |
